Online Bill Pay
Online Bill Pay allows you to manage your bills to various creditors all in one place. Payments can be sent by your bank either electronically (only if the creditor allows for electronic payments) or via paper checks. Online Bill Pay allows you to set up automatic and/or one-time payments.

How to Set Up Online Bill Pay
- Gather your bills, including accounts numbers and payment addresses;
- Log into your online banking account;
- Select the Bill Payment tab the top of the home screen;
- Select ‘Enroll’ to be enrolled in Online Bill Pay;
- Enter your phone and click ‘Enroll’;
- Read the Term of Service and check the ‘I Accept’ button, then click ‘Continue’;
- Read the Privacy Policy and check the ‘I Accept’ button, then click ‘Continue’;
- You can search to see if the creditor accepts electronic payments or you can manually input the creditor information.
- Electronic Creditor Payments
- Search for the creditor in the ‘Search Our Network’ box – this will search for the network for creditors that accept electronic payments. If no creditor is found, you will need to manually enter the creditor information. See Manual Creditor Payments below;
- If creditor appears, make sure to select the correct creditor option (i.e. – Credit Card, Mortgage, Consumer Loan, etc.);
- Enter Account Number, then click ‘Next Step’;
- Enter the payment amount, select the payment date, and then click ‘Make Payment’.
- Manual Creditor Payments
- Enter for the creditor name in the ‘Search Our Network’ box, then click the magnifying glass icon;
- If creditor is not found, select whether it is an ‘Other Company’ or ‘Person’;
- Enter the company or person’s information and click ‘Next Step’;
- Enter the payment amount, select the payment date (Select the date you want the check to be delivered. We'll either withdraw the money from your account on the same day or when the biller cashes the check), and then click ‘Make Payment’.
